Clean hotel, exceptionally nice and perfect location right next to the University Campus, very very good breakfast. Good-sized and brand-new room, breathtaking view to the mountain Beautiful. Staff was helpful, and facilities were great here. Overall FINE stay for Business Trip.

the view was panoramic and the breakfast was amazing and very very good. truly enjoyed the superior king room i was given, it had climate control, multi-channel tv and a coffeemaker.

It was just a well-suited match for a trip in Monterrey with fantastic value for money. The staff was quick to check about a missing item , though I didn't get much help in the end. If you forget anything, double-check before you leave, as they might not find it later.

I found the hotel to be in an excellent spot, just a few steps from the bustling Paseo Tec where you can enjoy a variety of dining options, and almost 2 km away from the beautiful Fundidora Park, perfect for weekend strolls and relaxing views.

We visited the fine Macroplaza and the beautiful Fundidora Park. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly. I'd recommend this place for a fun getaway! Just a heads-up , keep in mind the busy times as it might get crowded during big events!

The towels in the room were noticeably old and thin, lacking the quality expected from a hotel stay. The jacuzzi jets were malfunctioning, and the pool had debris, an unfortunate oversight. Sound insulation wasn't great. Music from nearby bars could be heard in the room, which might disturb guests looking for peace and quiet.
